The R 185 proofer cup is suitable for WPHaton proofers with a 8- and 12-piece tray.
Our proofer cups are designed for a long lifespan, even with intensive use, constant exposure to UV-C radiation and a warm and humid climate.
MATERIAL
The rim of the proofer cups is made of high quality polyethylene (PE), which complies to FDA and EU regulations.
The cups are also available in a metal detectable version. By adding a special additive to the plastic, it will be dateable for metal detectors when a piece of the rim has broken off.
The gauze is a high quality PE, both the mesh and rim are suitable for direct contact with foodstuff. The cups can also be finished with other mesh types.
