TRAYS FOR PROOFER AND -CABINETS

In addition to single cups, we also supply complete swings for your small bread proofers.

These trays are available in different variants:

• 4-, 5-, or 6-piece tray with seperate small round cups
• 4-, 5-, or 6-piece tray with seperate small square cups
• completely continuous, covered with gauze, cotton or felt
• completely continuous, covered with interchangeable insert from cotton or fine nylon cloth. The edges of these inserts are equipped with our Flex edge system.
