Thanks to the special flexible edge you can change the Flex edge cup in seconds, and it is a piece of cake! The Flex edge saves time, costs and your hands. The six mounting clips ensure a firm attachment to the tray of your proofer.

Due to the flexible properties of the rim, the impact that the dough makes when it falls into the cup is greatly damped. This damping of the mesh ensures a mild treatment of your dough.
