The T 92 proofer cup is suitable for Gefra, Ter Haar, Holtkamp and Spronk proofer machines.
Our proofer cups are designed for a long lifespan, even with intensive use, constant exposure to UV-C radiation and a warm and humid climate.
MATERIAL
The rim of the proofer cups is made of high quality polyethylene (PE), which complies to FDA and EU regulations.
The cups are also available in a metal detectable version. By adding a special additive to the plastic, it will be dateable for metal detectors when a piece of the rim has broken off.
The gauze is a high quality PE, both the mesh and rim are suitable for direct contact with foodstuff.
New in our product range is BLUE MESH, ask us about the possibilities.
