GUTTER FOR PROOFERS

For 55 years we have been manufacturing all kinds of textile accessories for bakery machines and are therefore we are familiar with a broad spectrum of brands of bakery machines, including (old) brands that are no longer sold.                            

Small artisanal bakers often work with a small (semi-automatic) proofers or resting cabinets to proof their artisan dough. Standard, these machines are supplied with felt gutters. The disadvantage is that these felt gutters are difficult to clean.

MATERIAL

From experience, we advise to choose a different material for replacement. This can be a plastic mesh or fine nylon cloth, which can be dusted with flour.

An advantage of this material is that’s it’s easy to clean.

FASTENING 

We manufacture custom gutters for proofer and resting cabinets in the desired material, size and methode of fastening. Usually we use Velcro with these gutters because it's quick and easy.
