HISTORY

Raimond Neuhof founded the company under the name Raimond Neuhof Technische Textiel in 1962.

He started with a sole proprietorship that manufactured and supplied textile components for bakery machines.

The precursor of the proofer cups are the "proofer pockets" were made of cotton and nylon mesh.

These "proofer pockets" were the norm in the bakery industry and were initially manufactured by Raimond Neuhof in the evenings and at the weekend.

Later on, different proofer pockets, nylon gauze gutters, loader cloths for deck ovens, belts for biscuits and sandwich machines and belts for baguette machines also became available.

In the beginning, the company mainly supplied in the Benelux, but that grew quickly to the other (Western) European countries and later also worldwide.

The company had been so busy by now that Mr. Neuhof was forced to fly to his customers in his plane. He found it important not only to be involved in sales, but also to get to know and visit his customers. This enabled him to see the machines in use and identify the bottlenecks so that he could implement improvements in his products.

In the early 1980s the demand arose for plastic dough nets that could be mounted individually. Due to his extensive knowledge of the machines and his technical background, he was able to design dough nets that perfectly matched the existing profile of the swings.

Raimond Neuhof designed and launched proofer cups for all brands of dough proofers. The first cups were for dough proofers, followed by the cups and swings for various small bread streets. In the design process he had close ties with several test bakeries to optimize his products.

With a lot of dedication and passion, Raimond has built his company for years into the company that it is today. As an entrepreneur in heart and soul, he has worked far beyond his retirement age. In 2014, Raimond Neuhof passed away and left a successful company that serves the bakery sector worldwide.

In 2016, his youngest daughter, Michelle Neuhof, continued the business under the name Neuhof Bakery Parts.
